Every team member has their own virtual office. At a glance you can see who is currently online, who has set themselves as "Do Not Disturb", and who has stepped away. No need to ping someone — you already know whether to bother them.
Instead of firing off a cold Slack message, you knock on a colleague's office door. They get a gentle notification and can accept or decline. If they accept, a private Discussion room opens between you — no permanent chat clutter, just conversations that start and end naturally.

Briefings are the official noticeboard of your workplace. Admins and owners post announcements, end-of-day handovers, or important updates. You control exactly who gets notified — send to everyone, or target just admins, or just members. Recipients get a push notification so nothing gets missed.
The Pulse is a live activity feed that shows you what's been happening in your workplace — new members joining, briefings posted, discussions opened, and more. Filter by event type so you see only what matters to you right now.
When someone is away or busy, leave them a sticky note on their office door. It's the digital equivalent of a Post-it on a colleague's monitor. They see the note as soon as they're back. No channel needed, no notification overload.
CuSpace sends notifications when it matters — a knock at your door, a new briefing, a mention in a discussion. You get browser push notifications (even when the tab is closed) and in-app alerts. You control what you're notified about from your notification preferences in settings.

Do I really get every feature on the Free plan?
Yes — 100%. Office presence, discussions, briefings, Pulse, sticky notes, push notifications, roles, search, dark mode, GDPR export, and onboarding are all available on the Free plan. The only difference is you can have 1 workplace with up to 5 members and up to 10 active discussions or briefings at a time.
What happens when I hit the member limit?
New invite links will show a "workspace full" message and won't let anyone join. Existing members are not affected. Simply upgrade your plan and the limit increases immediately.
What happens when I hit the discussion or briefing limit?
On the Free plan, once you have 10 active discussions or 10 active briefings, you'll need to close or archive existing ones before you can create new ones. On Pro and Business plans, there is no limit.
Can I be in multiple workplaces?
Yes. You can be a member of multiple workplaces — including ones owned by other people on different plans. Your own plan governs the workplaces you create. Being a member of someone else's workplace doesn't count against your limit.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade any time from your workspace billing settings. If you downgrade and you're over the new limit's capacity, existing data is preserved — you simply won't be able to add more until you're within the new limits.
Is my data safe?
CuSpace uses Supabase (hosted PostgreSQL) with row-level security, which means each workspace's data is fully isolated from others. We enforce strict Content Security Policy headers and HTTPS everywhere. You can export all your personal data at any time from your settings page.
