By accessing or using CuSpace, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use CuSpace. These terms apply to all users of CuSpace, including workplace owners, administrators, and members.

CuSpace is a digital workplace communication and presence platform. It provides tools for team communication, presence awareness, discussions, briefings, and workplace collaboration. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time with reasonable notice.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. Workplace owners are responsible for managing their team members, ensuring appropriate use of the platform, and compliance with applicable laws within their organisation.

You agree not to use CuSpace to: - Harass, threaten, or harm other users - Upload malicious files or content - Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts or workplaces - Use the platform for illegal activities - Violate any applicable laws or regulations We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

CuSpace offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial periods except where required by law. Plan limits are based on capacity (members, workplaces, storage). All plans include access to all core features.

Your use of CuSpace is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using CuSpace, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of content you create within your workplace. By uploading content, you grant CuSpace a limited licence to store and display that content within your workplace.

CuSpace is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of CuSpace after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
